THOMAS E. WELLS THE FELON AND FRAUDSTER

Thomas E.  Wells of 1719 Dana Rd. Hendersonville, NC and of 127 Summerfield Place  Flat Rock, NC previously from Bradenton FL.

Thomas Wells has since moved from N.C. after going bankrupt there and leaving unpaid bills behind him along with a FEDERAL TAX LIEN to: 1504 Wilson Ave. in Tallahoma, Tenn. where he continues to attempt to take advantage of anyone who crosses his path.

 



Thomas E. Wells, the owner of Vintage Motor Car Company, The Thomas Wells Cos. LLC and who runs a store on E-Bay called Adventure Sports of America, was convicted of Conspiracy to Launder Cocaine money in the US District Court of Colorado.
For that crime Mr. Wells served prison time and parole time. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA vs. THOMAS E. WELLS Case No. 93-CR-110



At the time of this writing Mr. Wells is facing the charge of Fraud in California  Superior Court,  Solano County, regarding the sale of a vintage automobile he completely misrepresented and sold using E-Bay Motor Auctions.  Case no. FCS032841

I have been told Mr. Wells has shut down his Vintage Motor Car Company in Hendersonville, NC


The evidence in the Fraud case is overwhelming.  Fraud is committed with knowledge and intent !


On December 14, 2009 Thomas Wells was found guilty of FRAUD by "clear and convincing evidence" in the Superior Court of Solano Cty. California.
There is currently a judgment against him for $16,900.00 plus costs.

He no longer lives in NC. After screwing people there with his business which he filed bankruptcy on he is believed to have moved to Tullahoma, Tenn.
